Lenbrook University Helps Make the Community a Great Place to Work
Since joining Lenbrook one year ago, Justin Sims, Training & Development Specialist, has made a big impact on Lenbrook Associates. His revamp of Lenbrook’s annual training into an interactive session that covers required compliance and diversity and inclusion topics as well as fun get-to-know-your-fellow associates games has many people singing his praises.
“One of the ways our community shares its story with associates is through Lenbrook University,” said Kristine Cupid, Lenbrook’s Manager, Brand & Marketing. “Justin transformed the course, making it very engaging and interactive. Associates enjoy attending the training to sharpen their Lenbrook knowledge and skills. They also like to compete and win prizes as they learn!”
As part of the revamp, the marketing team has created a new logo for the program. It focuses on Lenbrook’s culture, competence, and connection. Associates like the updated feel of the program and the fun videos Justin creates about key topics.

Outside of Lenbrook, Justin enjoys applying his creativity in local theater productions. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Theatre from the University of Georgia.
