Lenbrook Health Care Center Achieves Deficiency-Free Rating for Fourth Time in Five Years
Excellence and teamwork thrive at Lenbrook, and it shows! Lenbrook Associates’ dedication to these community core values was recently rewarded when Lenbrook earned a deficiency-free rating from The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services after the unscheduled three-day review of the Health Care Center. This is the fourth time in five years that Lenbrook has achieved this distinctive rating.
“This remarkable achievement would not be possible without our team members in healthcare and supporting departments,” said Nettie Thrash, Vice President of Health Services. “Everyone pitched in to make this happen and did it by staying true to our core values. It’s through combined dedication to a shared vision and strong values that we consistently achieve this success.”
