Lenbrook Appoints Latica Gibson, RN, as Director, Clinical Services for Menders by Lenbrook
Lenbrook, Atlanta’s premier intown community for engaged senior living for more than 40 years, has named Latica Gibson, RN, as Director, Clinical Services for Menders by Lenbrook. In this role, she will lead the program and oversee its day-to-day operations. Menders by Lenbrook provides compassionate, customized in-home care and support for seniors, including daily living assistance, companion care and short-term respite for primary caregivers.
“Latica’s leadership will help ensure Menders by Lenbrook reflects industry best practices and is well positioned for future success,” said Diana Bailey, Vice President, Health Services at Lenbrook. “With a registered nurse directly overseeing caregiving operations, we can continue to reinforce the standards of excellence and service our residents and their families expect.”
Gibson brings more than 20 years of experience in hospice, nursing leadership, infection prevention, quality improvement and clinical education. Her unique background in nursing and computer science enables her to approach complex healthcare challenges with both strategic insight and analytical thinking. Prior to joining Lenbrook, she led Kennesaw State University’s Certified Nursing Assistant program, providing hands-on clinical supervision and helping develop future healthcare professionals. She also served in multiple leadership positions at PruittHealth, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Atlanta, where her clinical teams earned recognition by state and federal regulators for excellence in care.
Gibson holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Albany State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
