Lenbrook Appoints Tonya Bodie as Director of Finance
Atlanta’s First and Only Accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community Continues Growth Trend
Tonya Bodie has been named to the new position of Director of Finance at Lenbrook, the first and only nationally accredited continuing care retirement community in Atlanta. Bodie brings more than 12 years of experience in senior living community finance to Lenbrook, a vibrant CCRC on Peachtree Road that grew its resident move-in rate by 35 percent this past year.
“We are delighted to add Tonya to our team,” said Chris Keysor, Chief Financial Officer for Lenbrook. “Her in-depth knowledge and experience with senior housing and healthcare markets, operations and financial analysis are valuable additions to Lenbrook as we continue to grow steadily since our major expansion in 2008.”
Bodie comes to Lenbrook from the Healthcare Capital Finance and Strategy Group of Dixon Hughes Goodman, LLP, the largest firm based in the south offering accounting, tax and advisory services to healthcare system and senior housing providers. Prior to that, she worked for BDO Seidman, another established accounting consulting firm with heavy emphasis on healthcare advisory services.

Bodie graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance. She and her husband reside in Atlanta with their two young children.
