Lenbrook Names David H. Williams, Jr. to Board of Directors

Lenbrook, Atlanta’s premier intown community for engaged senior living for more than 40 years, has named David H. Williams, Jr. to its Board of Directors. Williams previously served on the Board from 2013 to 2022.

“We welcome David back to the Lenbrook Board and look forward to having his financial and tax insight and knowledge on our team,” said Chris Keysor, President and CEO of Lenbrook. “His extensive experience in tax structures will help guide Lenbrook as we plan for the future.”

Williams, Jr. is an attorney in the Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group at the Atlanta, Georgia, office of law firm Butler Snow LLP. He practices in the area of municipal and corporate securities. He has experience in a variety of financing structures in the affordable housing, senior living and healthcare industries. On the Lenbrook Board, he will serve on the Finance Committee and the Governance Committee.

He holds a Juris Doctorate from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia. He also holds the distinction of Best Lawyers in America – Public Finance Law, 2025 and was named a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star for his work in bonds and governmental finance.
