Lenbrook Names Incoming Vice President, Health Services


Senior care leader Diana Bailey joins executive team as longtime Vice President plans retirement

Lenbrook, Atlanta’s premier intown community for engaged senior living for more than 40 years, recently named Diana Bailey as its incoming Vice President, Health Services. Nettie Thrash, who has served in the role for seven years and has been at Lenbrook since 2003, is retiring at the end of this year. The two senior care veterans will work closely to ensure a seamless leadership transition and uphold the high-quality, resident-centered service for which Lenbrook is known.

“Diana’s proven success in guiding clinical and home health services, along with her dedication to compassionate care, make her an exceptional fit for Lenbrook,” said Felecia Sveda, Lenbrook Chief Operating Officer. “I look forward to the expertise she will bring to this role and to her close collaboration with Nettie, whose experience and deep knowledge of our community will be invaluable as our Health Services team enters its next chapter.”

Bailey has spent more than 25 years in senior living, clinical and home health services. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Clinical Services at Moorings Park in Naples, Florida, a senior living community recognized nationally for outstanding senior care. She oversaw a comprehensive continuum of care, including skilled nursing, home health, outpatient therapy, a physician clinic and quality assurance systems. Previously, Bailey served for more than a decade as Executive Director of Bay Bluffs, a skilled nursing facility in Harbor Springs, Michigan.

With a Bachelor of Science in Social Services from Michigan State University, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Doctor of Health Administration from Capella University, Bailey is well-suited to carry forward and build upon the Lenbrook Health Services’ exemplary foundation of purpose-driven work and professionalism.
