This means that Lenbrook Residents have access to a full continuum of care on one campus offering in-home care and seamless transitions for short- and long-term needs. The on-site Health Services at Lenbrook include the Clinic, Assisted Living Suites, and Health Care Center as well as home care and assistance from Menders by Lenbrook.
The Clinic is the wellness resource center at Lenbrook and provides minor care, health education, and support. The beautiful, well-appointed Assisted Living Suites include supportive services for residents who have full access to all of Lenbrook’s enrichment activities and offerings. The licensed skilled nursing Health Care Center spans three floors and includes Long-Term Care, Memory Care, and Rehabilitation Services. All 60 private skilled nursing rooms are Medicare-certified.

Lenbrook is also Medicare-certified, which allows residents to draw upon their Medicare benefits when using Lenbrook’s skilled nursing Health Care Center. Lenbrook residents also receive a generous annual 60-day health care benefit in the Health Care Center and discounted rates on all levels of care. In addition to having access to inpatient Medicare services, Lenbrook Residents also have access to outpatient rehabilitation services on-site.
