Health Care Center
Should a resident need extra support for short-term or long-term care, they have priority access to Lenbrook’s fully Medicare-certified Health Care Center which offers three specialized areas of care: rehabilitation services, memory support, and long-term care. In addition to access to inpatient Medicare services provided on-site, Lenbrook Residents also receive an annual 60-day health care benefit and discounted rates.
Lenbrook’s on-campus Medicare-certified Health Care Center gives residents priority access to inpatient rehabilitation services. Personalized therapy plans are based on individual capabilities and goals. Residents can then continue their progress through post-rehab in the Fitness Center with a personalized exercise program.
