Diana Bailey
Diana Bailey joined Lenbrook’s Health Services team in January 2026. Deeply committed to compassionate care, Diana has successfully led clinical and home health services for over 25 years. She was previously Vice President of Clinical Services at Moorings Park in Naples, Florida, a senior living community recognized nationally for outstanding senior care. There she oversaw skilled nursing, home health, outpatient therapy, a physician clinic, and quality assurance systems. Diana also served for more than a decade as Executive Director of Bay Bluffs, a skilled nursing facility in Harbor Springs, Michigan.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Services from Michigan State University, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Health Administration from Capella University. Outside of work, Diana enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with her husband and three adult sons.
