Keith Maiden

Ken Maiden is Executive Director of Menders by Lenbrook, a home care service on the Lenbrook campus that provides individualized, professional care and assistance on a long- or short-term basis. It provides in-home personal care and assistance to Lenbrook Residents, including daily living support, companion services, and short-term relief for primary caregivers.  

In this role, Ken is responsible for setting strategic direction for the service, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supporting associate growth and development. He previously served as HR Business Partner for Lenbrook and Menders by Lenbrook.  

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Saint Mary. He enjoys photography, going on long runs, hiking, and creative design.
