Latica Gibson, RN
Latica Gibson is the Director, Clinical Services for Menders by Lenbrook. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, including more than a decade in senior care, she has expertise in nursing leadership, infection prevention, quality improvement, and clinical education. Her background in nursing and computer science gives her a unique perspective on using technology and data to support caregivers and strengthen care delivery.
Before joining Lenbrook, Latica led Kennesaw State University’s Certified Nursing Assistant program, providing hands-on clinical supervision and helping develop future healthcare professionals. She also held leadership positions at PruittHealth, where her clinical teams earned recognition by state and federal regulators for excellence in care.
Latica earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Albany State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University. The proud mother of two adult children, she enjoys staying active through dancing and exploring new interests.
