Paola Moncivais
As Vice President, Human Resources, Paola Moncivais oversees strategy development and execution of people plans and initiatives and leads the HR team. She helps uphold Lenbrook’s reputation as a leading employer of purpose-driven associates who make the Lenbrook community exceptional.
Paola has more than two decades of global HR leadership experience and a strong record of building high-performing teams, steering organizational transformation and fostering inclusive people-first cultures. Prior to joining Lenbrook, she led enterprise-level HR strategy at a global corrugated paper manufacturer and spent over 10 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held several senior global leadership roles.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from DeVry University. She delivers dynamic workshops to strengthen leadership and team cohesion and is a passionate advocate for uplifting women in the workplace. She enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time at the lake or beach with friends and family.
