Patrick Rhinehart

Patrick Rhinehart, Vice President, Community Services, is passionate about helping others and ensuring safety. For almost 20 years, he has served in safety and security, facilities management, emergency response, construction project management and risk mitigation leadership roles. In addition, he has been a firefighter/EMT, a fire protection engineer and a healthcare facilities director.   

At Lenbrook, he oversees Security, Concierge and Transportation Departments, including Facility Services and Maintenance. In this role, he is committed to creating a beautiful, safe and welcoming environment for residents and associates. 

He holds an associate’s degree in fire science, a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, a master’s degree in occupational safety and health, and a Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration. He is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager and has coached football for 10 years.
