Trevor Moss
Trevor Moss, Director, Security, joined Lenbrook in May 2026. He brings more than three decades of military and federal law enforcement experience to oversee the Security, Concierge, and Transportation teams, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and associates.
Trevor began his career with the U.S. Navy in 1991 before receiving a commission in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1996, where he deployed across Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. In 2004, he joined the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), leading complex criminal, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism operations domestically and internationally. Recently, he served as Resident Agent in Charge in Australia, where he expanded NCIS capabilities across Oceania.
A graduate of Norfolk State University, Trevor has served in leadership and advisory roles, supported joint task forces, and established strategic security programs and regional operations. He has received multiple civilian service awards for his work in security operations and investigative leadership.
Trevor believes collaboration is key to success and leads with a people-first mindset. He is guided by his personal motto: “Treat everyone with respect, because we are all someone’s wife, husband, mom, dad, daughter, son, brother, or sister.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, weightlifting, and exploring new food experiences.
