Lenbrook’s on-campus Medicare-certified Health Care Center gives residents priority access to inpatient rehabilitation services. Personalized therapy plans are based on individual needs, capabilities, and goals. Residents can continue their progress through post-rehab with outpatient rehabilitation services provided on-site and in the Fitness Center with a personalized exercise program.
