Every November 11 is a solemn and important day at Lenbrook, when our senior living community remembers the many acts of bravery of US Veterans and their families in times of war, and in particular pays respect to the Veterans who call Lenbrook home.
Thank you for your trust.
I am honored to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for Lenbrook. It is a true pleasure to work closely with Lenbrook’s outstanding Board and management team as we successfully navigate unprecedented challenges of operations, expansion and good health during the pandemic.
During the first week of October, Lenbrook celebrated the grand opening of its brand-new regulation-sized artificial turf Croquet Lawn, part of the Kingsboro at Lenbrook expansion. Lenbrook hosted free Resident Clinics as well as private lessons, and on October 5th, Golf Croquet teaching professionals from the United States Croquet Association (USCA) played an Exhibition Match.
On October 24, LeadingAge, the national association of nonprofit providers of aging services, unveiled Joyful Hearts, a public photo exhibit in Centennial Park to celebrate the compassion, dedication, and warmth of professional caregivers at three Atlanta senior living communities, including Lenbrook.
Like something you might see on HGTV, on October 15 Lenbrook revealed its stunning new expansion: Kingsboro at Lenbrook.
Two large screen panels on wheels were pulled apart to show the 53 new residences - and more - on the four-acre parcel next to Lenbrook’s established 1 Million sq. ft. campus in the heart of Buckhead.
Recently, Lenbrook resident and Chair of the Lenbrook Library Committee Bernard Goldstein received a glowing letter from Medeana Hinson, Director of Library Services for the Georgia Department of Corrections, thanking him, the Lenbrook Library Committee, and other Lenbrook residents for realizing a donation of more than 800 books to prison libraries all over Georgia.

When we decided to move to a senior community, my wife Ann Marie and I only considered Lenbrook. We already had a number of friends who lived here, so joining Lenbrook’s Advantage Club was a logical first step on our journey to the future.
Fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, sustainable seafood, healthy oil alternatives – sounds like a trendy intown restaurant. But it’s not, it’s Lenbrook where we believe that every bite counts, and good food is the key to lifelong good health.
After careful consideration, Anne and Lew Hansen felt that Lenbrook had “…the most to offer in terms of amenities, activities, staff, apartment choices, and healthcare,” and moved here in 2014. Mrs. Hansen appreciates the superb level of staff support at Lenbrook, especially during the pandemic. “Don’t wait until you think you are ready to move – because then it’s too late. Come now and enjoy being an active part of this community!”
